• You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction

5. Uploaded Content & Likeness Rights

By uploading photos or reference images to Fanerse, you represent and warrant that:

When creating AI models using photos of other individuals, you acknowledge that:

• You must have their express written consent to use their photos
• You must have consent to create, train, and generate AI-generated content using their likeness
• You are solely responsible for maintaining records of such consent
• Fanerse may request proof of consent at any time

• Is artistic, creative, or entertainment-focused
• Complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Does not impersonate real individuals or organizations

7. Marketplace Content Standards

If you sell creators or content on the Fanerse Marketplace:

• All content must comply with this Content Policy
• You must have full rights to sell the content
• You must accurately describe and categorize listings
• Restricted content must be properly labeled
• You may not sell content that infringes on others' intellectual property

Fanerse reserves the right to remove any listing without notice if it violates these standards.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

8.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Do not:

• Copy or imitate copyrighted characters
• Use trademarked logos or brand names
• Replicate protected artistic styles without authorization

8.2 Copyright Takedown Procedure

If you believe content on Fanerse infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to legal@fanerse.com containing:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content on Fanerse
• Statement of good faith belief
• Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours.

8.3 Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the required legal statements.

9. Reporting Violations
